Kill bed bugs on your schedule!
A bed bug infestation is far from pleasant, and it is now much more common than it has been in the past. Wise property managers realize that dealing with this problem head-on is much better than ignoring it and hoping it will go away— because a bed bug infestation will only get worse! In the case of bed bugs, quickly getting over the stigma of an infestation and getting on with the solution is more important than wasting time avoiding the problem.
You have another tenant who is complaining about bed bugs in their apartment. Now what? Your general pest contract does not cover bed bug treatments. It may cost you $600 or more to have a traditional pesticide treatment done... and it can take a month or more to complete. In addition, you may lose tenants.
When you treat for bed bugs with heat, you can respond almost immediately, reduce costs, and eradicate the bed bug infestation the same day with commercial-grade heat treatment equipment. Self-treat with heat using your own maintenance team. Your tenant can return to the apartment later that same day, and without bed bugs.
While treating for bed bugs, heat can also disinfect and sanitize rooms for odors, bacteria, and viruses. You can deodorize apartments from dog and cat urine, cigar and cigarette smoke, or unpleasant cooking smells. Most of our clients recoup equipment costs as quickly as one month to less than nine months. You can put money back into your budget by not paying an outside service to do a professional heat treatment— do it yourself.
We wrote the books on killing bed bugs and termites— and their eggs!— with heat.

What People Say
About three months ago, we treated an apartment in a senior home with our GreenTech Heat equipment. We were using heat to primarily kill the bed bugs, however this tenant also had a very severe infestation of German cockroaches. Before heating we applied boric acid powder and Seclira aerosol (IGR). As we were heating with the Titan 800, the cockroaches were running everywhere! We heated at about 150˚F for 5 hours and we applied some gel bait after. Three months go by and I go back for the first time and guess what: Not a single cockroach!

When you treat with GreenTech Heat equipment, you get results.
GreenTech Heat treatments are different than pesticidal treatments.
Even when deemed effective, traditional treatments require repeat applications. Even if the initial treatment kills 100% of all insect pests, chemicals are not generally ovicidal and most chemicals require time to denature the insect carapace... leaving a time when the bed bugs will still bite! A week or two later and eggs hatch, and your customer thinks your treatment failed and calls you back for a repeat treatment. When your clients, guests, and residents consider the inconvenience of multiple treatments—and being bit each time a clutch of eggs hatches!—a less-expensive treatment can quickly become significantly more costly, painful, and inconvenient.
Heat naturally kills all bed bugs, termites, cockroaches, fleas, spiders, sliverfish, and other insects in a single, one-day treatment: adults, nymphs, eggs. Because heat kills the eggs, there are no future generations to bite and pester your customers.
